The Christmas holidays are a huge factor for game releases thus why there are so many games coiming in Q4 of this year.
I always thought it would make sense to release a game at an odd time, so when everyone is bored they will go buy it..

Crysis and Bioshock especially are two of the most anticipated games of the year, more so than Halo3 i'd say.
oh well... i would rather them put out a game thats complete then one strung together at the last second..

Too bad that January to the beginning of August didn't see any of them. I mean I know it's christmas and all, but damn, assuming you can pay for all of those, who can play those all? There is only so much time in a day.
