Well it was monday the 6th, and i had bought both the castlevania:double pack and portrait of ruin on half.com *ebays little sister*. For the longest of time, I was extremely excited. Though yesterday, I wake up to find out the double pack got refunded on half. I didn't get a email or anything at first, so I was skeptical. I do get an email sooner or later simply saying ''SOLD OUT''. Now heres the thing, half is a website where you are supposed to sell stuff you own. Instead of posting a stock of a certain item, you're supposed to have many listings for a item instead many of a certain item in 1 listing like you can do on ebay. But i got over that. Then, a few minutes later I bought the castlevania double pack from another seller on half.com. Guess what? Well, at 2am eastern earlier tonight, I looked on my purchases on half and it said refunded on the double pack! I checked my email, and it said ''Oh, sorry. Sold the game to a friend. Should've taken down the listing.'' Now how dumb is that? My portrait of ruin got shipped out *at 21$ no less*, but why can't i get somebody that won't refund the double pack and just actually send the dang thing? Goodness, I know the double pack is rare but I hate being screwed over. A nearby gamestop sells the double pack games individually, but only come with the cartridge. Combined it would be 36$ which is a ripoff for being used *as the double pack is 30$ new anyways*. Funny part is, this is the first time I had used half.com is over a year. Heres a good story trying to get a game...
that's very bad service. you should report both those people. oh and the double pack is awsome but you still need to get circle of the moon (if you don't own it already) on top of that to be covered. I assume you have Dawn of Sorrow alreadyHeres a good story trying to get a game...
I own dawn of sorrow, which is my 2nd castlevania game ever. I watched some videos on circle of the moon, and it looked pretty good. Though, the variety doesn't look so great in it. I watched a couple walkthroughs, and most of the backgrounds and music didn't change all that often. Nice thing about the castlevania games, are the variety in the levels and different styles of music.
