Has anyone heard of the game DreamMix TV World Fighters?

I'm not sure whether it was a good game or not, but it was like Smash Bros. featuring characters from Konami (Simon Belmont, Solid Snake, and others), Hudson (Bomberman and others) and Takara (Optimus Prime and others). It's a funny concept seeing all these different characters in the same game. I'm sure I've heard of it. But it looks pretty fun I'm sure I'd use the guy from bayblade.
